Serve: 4 Person
Duration: 30 minutes

1. Spring rolls 4 sheets (1 sheet is divided into 3 parts)
2. Carrot ( cut into small dice) 2 Tbsp.
3. J-Crispy fish 1/2 cup
4. Black tofu (small diced) 2 Tbsp.
5. Yellow tofu 2 Tbsp. (small diced)
6. Long peas 2 Tbsp.
7. Queen tomato (cut into small pieces) 2 Tbsp.
8. Needle Golden Mushroom  1/2 cup
9. Shimeji mushroom 1/2 cup
10. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
11. 1 Tbsp. seasoning sauce
12. 1 cup Vegetable oil (for frying)
13. Water (for apply the spring rolls)
1. Add oil in the pan, follow with carrot, peas and fry until cook. Add tofu, mushrooms, tomato and J-crispy fish.  Then season and set aside to cool.
2. Wrap filling with spring rolls into triangle. Then use the water to make them stick together. 
3. Heat oil over medium heat.  Fry spring roll until golden brown and crispy. Drain the oil and set aside to cool. Ready to eat.
