Peanut Sauce

1. Coconut milk 1/2 cup
2. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil 
3. Yellow tofu 1/2 cup
4. Roasted peanuts (crushed) 1/2 cup
5. Seasoning sauce 2 Tbsp.
6. Palm sugar 2 Tbsp.
7. Tamarind juice 1 Tbsp.
8. Chili paste 1 Tbsp.
9. J-Salted fish (sliced) 1 Tbsp.

1. Make peanut sauce. Start from add oil, and then fry with J-chili paste. Add coconut milk and wait until coconut float up during boiling. Then put palm sugar, tamarind juice and seasoning sauce down. Add tofu, peanut and fry to combine. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with crispy fish.
2. Heat the oil over medium heat. Fry tofu until golden crispy.  Drain the oil and set aside to cool. Eat with peanut sauce.
