Sweet Vegan Gravy (Pa Lo J)  - Another classic menu for Vegan festival. Tofu and mushroom are the main ingredients of this menu.

Sweet Vegan Gravy (Pa Lo J)  - Another classic menu for Vegan festival. Tofu and mushroom are the main ingredients of this menu.
For 2-3 person
Cooking time : 10 minutes for prepare ingredients , 15 minutes for cook

1. 2 strips of molded noodle (like a pork)
2. 2 sheets of fried tofu
3. 1 Tbsp. of oyster sauce (vegan)
4. 5 mushrooms
5. 2 cup of mushroom water
6. 1 Tbsp. of black soy sauce
7. 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce
8. 1 Tsp. of salt
9. 1/2 Tbsp. of palm sugar
10. vegetable oil

1. Warm the pan with oil after that fry mushroom and molded noodle together. Seasoning with soy sauce and keep stirring them.
2. Add mushroom water in and use medium heat to fry them. Seasoning with palm sugar , salt , black soy sauce and oyster sauce.
3. Serve with cooked rice.

Tips

1. Can use this gravy to make black tofu.
2. Seasoning for soft taste , good for digest.
