For 1 person
Cooking time : 20 minutes

1. 1 cup Cooked rice
2. 80 g. Pineapple (diced)
3.25 grams Chinese sausage (diced)
4. 30 grams Cashew nuts
5. 1/2 Tsp. Turmeric powder 
6. 3-5 Tbsp. Mozzarella cheese
7.1 sheet Cheddar cheese
8. 1 Egg
9. 1 stalk Spring onion (chopped)
10. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
11. 2 Tsp. Sugar
12. 1 Tsp. Oyster sauce
1. Heat the pan over high heat. Add oil or the butter, follow by egg and wait until cook 90%. Topped on  the rice.
2. Low to medium heat. Add Chinese sausage and roast until it split the oil out. Then put rice and egg down. Turn to high heat. Follow by curry powder, soy sauce, sugar, pineapple, cashew nut, oyster sauce 
3. Put the rice in a cup tightly and put on a plate. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Put in microwave or the oven until melt. Sprinkle spring onion before serving. Ready to serve.

Tips

1. Season pineapple sweet.
2. Fried rice dish should not lack sweet taste. Turmeric powder is bitter.
3. Add turmeric powder. (optional)
