Duration: 300 minutes

1. 1 kg. Pork knuckle (without bones)
2. 5 pieces of Dried mushrooms (soaked in water, cut the root out)
3. 3 Tbsp. Boiled peanuts
4. 5 Large cloves garlic
5. 3 Coriander roots
6. 4 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
7. 5 Tbsp. Soy sauce
8. 1 Tsp. Salt
9. 3-4 Liters water

1. Boil water, then boil pork knuckle about 1 minute. Then pour the water out. 
2. Boil water for a second time. When it’s done, put pork knuckle and keep spoon the bubble away. Put salt, pounded coriander root and garlic. Then low the heat down. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce. Keep continue boiling at least 4 hours. Spoon the bubbles out and pour water down. Add peanut  and turn off the heat for 1 hour. But finally let the water flow over the pork about 1 cm. When dry out, it will has even more intense flavor and delicious.
