1. Chopped wild bitter gourd and take all seed out. After that boil them with salt until they done. Soak into cold water and leave them cool.
2. Seasoning clown knife fish with salt , leech lime leaves and chop goat pepper too. After that filled of of these inside bitter gourd.
3. Pound dried chili , lesser ginger , lemon grass , leech lime skin ,  shrimp paste , shallot , coriander root and dried fish. After that fry them together.
