Cooking time : 30 minutes

1. 1/2 Chicken with bone
2. 1 Tbsp. of roasted lesser ginger
3. 1 Tbsp. of roasted lemon grass
4. 1 Tsp. of roasted chili
5.1/2 Tbsp. of roasted garlic
6. 1/2 Tbsp. of shallot
7. 10 hot basil
8. 1 Tbsp. of tamarind juice
9. 2-3 Tbsp. of fish sauce
10. 2-3 cup of water
