For 1-2 person
Cooking time : 60 minutes

1. 1 chopped catfish
2. 1-2 eggs
3. 5-10 hot basil
4. 2-3 chopped leech lime leaves
5. 1 banana leaves (big size)
6. 3-4 dried chili
7. 1 Tsp. of  chopped curcuma 
8. 1/2 Tbsp. of sliced lemon grass
9. 1/2 Tsp. of sliced leech lime skin
10. 1 Tsp. of chopped red onion
11. 1/2 Tsp. of garlic
12. 1 Tsp. of galingale
13. 1/2 Tsp. of shrimp paste
14. 1-2 Tbsp. of fish sauce
15. 1/2-1 Tbsp. of palm sugar
1. Pound 6-13 ingredients and leave them.
2. Mix 1-4 ingredients together. After that seasoning with fish sauce and palm sugar. (roast them for a while for nice smell).
3. Put hot basil on the banana leave (see in clip).
4. Put the mixture on the hot basil and top them by hot basil again. Warp them with banana leave.
5. Roast them with low heat for 30-45 minutes (upon size or how thick of banana leave). After done decorate with hot basil and leech lime leaves.
