For : 4-8 Pieces (depending on the size you cut)
Duration : 20 minutes

1. 1 bunch Spring onion
2. 20 grams Red goat pepper
3. 4-5 Shrimps (blanched)
4. 100 grams Squid (blanched)
5. 1 cup Wheat flour
6. Drinking water
7. 1 Tbsp. Oil
8. Onion
9. 20 grams Carrots

Sauce (Mix and stir everything together)
1. Shoyu (soy sauce) 3 1/2 Tbsp.
2. Vinegar 1 1/2 Tbsp.
3. Chili powder 1/2 Tsp.
4. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
5. Sesame oil 1/2 Tbsp.
6. Spring onion
7. Roasted sesame
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add spring onion down and then pour wheat flour that already mix with water on spring onion. Then fry until the dough below cook.
2. Arrange shrimp, squid, onion, carrots, chili on spring onion. Then pour all of the mixture of dough down.   Wait for a while and flip Pajeon to fry until golden and crisp. Serve with dipping sauce.

1. 1 bunch Spring onion
