1. 1/2 Stewed duck 
2. 1 1/2 cups of Stewed duck sauce
3. 1/2 cup Lychee

1. Fry stewed ducks in hot oil until crispy and set aside.
2. Heat the pan, fry ginger until smell nice. Add the pork or ham to stir to combine.
3. Put spring onion, truffle, lychee and stir thoroughly.
4. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper, add duck sauce just  a little if I stick the pan.

Tips

1. You shouldn’t add sugar because lychee already has sweet flavor.
2. If you don’t have truffle, you can use just only lychee.
