10. 1 Tbsp. Dry cabbage leaves
11. 2 Tsp. Ground pepper
12. 2 grams Sugar
13. 1/4 cup of Water
14. 1 cup Spring onion (chopped)
15. 4 Lettuce leaves

1. Marinated chicken breast and cut into pieces. Season with fish sauce + sugar + white egg + pepper + water. Mix well and marinate chicken for 20-30 minutes.
