1. 2 Male blue crabs

1. Wash crab thoroughly just 1 time. Cut shell 4 pieces (large crabs cut 6 pieces) Cut claws of a crab, cut the legs out (do not rinse). Then, steam until cooked (not over than 10 minutes) 
2. Cook fried crab by mixing egg, roasted chili paste, evaporated Milk, curry powder, soy sauce, sugar, Chinese liquor, water, then stir until combine.
3. Heat a pan. Add oil over high heat. Then ladle oil out.
