1. Glutinous rice flour 1/2 kg.
2. 2 drops of Pink food coloring
3. 1 cup Sugar

6. 10 cups of Water

1. Boiling 5 cups of water over medium heat to make syrup. Then add sugar, salt and ginger down. Wait until boiling then remove from the stove.
2. Mold the dough. Put the flour in a mixing bowl, pour water, pink food coloring to knead until smooth. (Divide the flour to make the white dough).
3. Molding by rolling a ball in the same size of finger (5 mm.) place on a tray or flat container which already sprinkle with sticky rice flour to prevent the dough stick together.

Ingredient of Kanom Eii
