1. 400 grams Chicken breast (cut into long strips)
2. 10 Lemongrass (smashed)
3. 10 Kaffir lime leaves (shredded)
4. 10 Shallots

1. 1 Tbsp. Garlic (finely chopped)
2. 1 Tbsp. Red chilli (finely chopped)
3. 2 Tbsp Fish sauce
4. 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
5. 1 Tbsp. Sugar

1. Marinate chicken with the sauce for 5 minutes. Then roll chicken into pieces. Set aside.
