For 3-4 person
Duration : 30 minutes
1. 500 grams Chicken wings
2. 1 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce
3. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
4. 2 Tbsp. Spring onion
5. 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
6. 3 Chopped coriander root
7. 5 Sliced garlic
8. 1 Tsp. Cayenne pepper
9. 1 Tbsp. Palm sugar
10. 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
11. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
12. 2 cups Water
13. Cucumber
1. Heat the pan, add oil. Add coriander root, garlic and fry until smell good. Follow by chicken and stir. Season with seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, palm sugar, vinegar, cinnamon powder and ground pepper. Stir together, then add water down. Cover and bake until the chicken is cooked well. Sprinkle with spring onions. And eat with fresh vegetables.
