For 2-3 person

1. 3-4 pieces of Fermented Rice Flour Noodles (for 2-3 person)
2.1/2 cups of Steamed crab meat
3. 3 cups of Coconut milk
4. 1/2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
5. 2 Tbsp. Palm sugar
6. 5-7 Large dried chilies
7. 1/2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh turmeric
8. 1 Tsp. Shrimp paste 
9. 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
10. 1 Tbsp. Chopped galangal
11. 1/2 Tbsp. Lemongrass
12. 1/2 Tsp. Bergamot skin
13. 1/2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
14. 3-4 Kaffir lime leaves

1. Pound chili paste from step 6-13 until finely and set aside.
2. Heat coconut milk, add curry paste and stir together. Season with fish sauce, palm sugar and wait until boil for a few minutes. Put crab meat, and taste (salty and mellow). Crab meat will give more sweetness. Then tear bergamot leave in it before turn off the heat. Pour on the noodles in a serving dish and serve. Decorate with Kaffir lime leaves, goat pepper and with crab meat just a little.
