For 2-3 person

1.2 Canned fish (without sauce)
2. 1-2 Rootstock.
3. 1 Lemongrass
4. 2 Kaffir lime leaves
5. 1-2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
6. 3-5 Shallots
7. 5-9 Hot chilies
8. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
9. 3 cups of Water (use a measuring cup)
1. Boil water then cut chopped lemongrass and pound shallots into the soup. Add canned fish in boiling water and low the heat down.
2. Add pounded chili and lime juice into the bowl. Season with fish sauce in the pot. Sprinkle with Kaffir lime leaves in a bowl. And taste again.
