For 2 persons

1. 2 Canned fish
2. 30 Small cloves garlic 
3. 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
4. 1/2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
5. 1 Tsp. Oyster sauce
6. 1/2 cups Crispy flour
7. 2 Celery roots
1. Absorb fish gentry with paper. Cut the fish and coat with crispy flour.  Put in the oil over medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy. Then set aside.
2. Chop coriander root and then pound it. Heat the pan over medium heat. Pout the water down. When the oil is hot, add coriander root and garlic to fry until crispy. Then drain the oil and set aside. Mix the fish and season with oyster sauce, soy sauce. Mix to combine. Sprinkle with pepper and spring onion. Ready to serve.
