For 2-3 person

1. 2 Fish cans (separate tomato sauce)
2. 2 Mint leaves
3. 10 Coriander leaves
4. 1/2 Tbsp. Lime juice
5. 1 Tbsp. Roasted rice
6. 3 Tbsp. Fish sauce
7. 3 Tbsp. Sugar
8 3-5 Shallots
1. Make salad dressing by mix fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, ground pepper together until sugar dissolves, then taste again and season as you like.
2. Tear or mash the fish into small pieces and put into a mixing bowl. Add salad dressing to mix well together. Finally, put shallots, coriander, mint leaves, roasted rice. Mix gently and serve.
