For 1 person
Duration : 20 minutes

1. 200 grams Striploin
2. 1-2 Small Potato
3. 1/3 cup Green pea
4. 1/2 cup Panang curry
5. 1/3 cup Coconut milk
6. Kaffir lime leaf
7. 1 Red goat pepper
1. Heat the pan. Season beef with salt and pepper on both sides. Anoint with olive oil over the beef. Roast in the pan until brown on both sides for about 2 minutes. Then set aside.
2. Roast potatoes and green beans in the same pan. Season with salt and pepper. Then set aside. 
3. In the same pan, add Panang to make the sauce over low heat. Season the taste you like. Don’t forget to taste the soup. When it’s thick, done.
4. Arrange beef into the dish. Add sauce, chili, Kaffir lime leaf, all side dishes and coconut milk at last. Ready to serve. 


We cook by only one pan. Therefore, caution is do not let the pan burn. Otherwise burning smell will ruin the flavor.
