Pandan Cake (Cake Baitoey) - Green cake with custard and surround by a soft light cream. Pandan cake is suitable for people who like soft cake with little sweet.
For 2 pounds
Duration : 1 hour and 30 minutes

1. 10 Pandan leaves
2. 50 ml. Water 
3. 70 grams Sugar
4. 3 Eggs
5. 1 Tbsp. Ovalet
6. 1 Tsp. Vanilla
7. 90 grams Cake flour
8. 1/2 Tsp. Baking powder
9. 50 ml. Coconut milk

1. 225 ml. Whipping cream
2. 45 ml. Coconut milk

1. Heat oven at 175 degrees.
2. Pound pandan leaves to get green color water from pandan.
3. Squeeze with the water to water the green pandan. 
4. Put coconut milk to mix together and set aside.
5. Sift the flour and baking powder together.
6. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix with rubber scraper until well combined.
7. Add ovalet.
8. Mix by a mixer with high speed about 4-5 minutes.
9. Add Pandan-coconut juice in a mixer.
10. Mix with high-low speed for 1 minute until well combined.
11. Put in a cake mold (3 pounds). Buttered and put waxed paper inside. 
12. Put into the oven for 30-35 minutes.
13. When the cake is cooked. Stay cool on a wire rack.
14. Put custard in a piping bag for the center filling.
15. Slice cake into 2 layers with the same thickness.
16. Put the first cake layer on the turn table cake stand. 
17. Squeeze custard cream custard all over the cake. Overlay with another layer of cake.
18. Mix whipping cream and milk together until fluffy.
19. Spread cream all over the cake.
20. Decorate with white chocolate or in your style.
21. Slice and serve or store in a refrigerator.
