1. 35 grams Cocoa powdered cocoa (Dutch)
2. 170 grams Salted butter
3. 150 grams Icing sugar

7. 1 1/2 Tsp. Baking powder

1. Heat oven at 175 degrees.
2. Prepared to put in a cupcake pan to the oven.
3. Prepare the cake mixture. Mix the butter until fluffy and white.
4. Put icing sugar. Then mix the mixture until well combined and creamy.
5. Gradually add eggs and vanilla. Mix ingredients together until well combined.
6. Sift cake flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix in a large bowl.
7. Gently add in the cake mixture.

10. Set aside cup cake on wire rack.

14. Squeeze the filling into cupcake.
15.  Mix whipping cream until fluffy.
16. Bring to decorate on cupcake.
17. Set aside cake in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. 
18. Decorating -  Melt chocolate in the microwave.
19. When dissolved, add cocoa powder and mix them well.
20. Dip cupcake in the chocolate.
21. Set aside on wire rack.
22. Decorate with white chocolate as your style.
23. Decorate with sugar while the chocolate still not dry.
