For 2-3 person
Duration : 3 minutes

1. 3 Eggs
2. Vermicelli soaked in water (Cut about 2 cm long / 1 cup)
3. 4 sliced Fish balls
4. 1 Tbsp. Onion
5. 1 Tbsp. Tomatoes (cut into small pieces)
6. 1 Tbsp. Cooking sauce
7. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
1. Put eggs into a mixing bowl. Cook with the seasoning sauce, oyster sauce and stir well. Then add vermicelli and stir to combine. Put the mixture into the cup. (Push vermicelli to sink). Left the edge about 1 cm.
2. Then put into the microwave for 2 minutes at medium heat (450-600 watts) and sprinkle with spring onion, tomato and fish balls. Put into the microwave again for 30 seconds (**Total time 2.30 minutes). Eat together with hot steamed rice.
