Duration :  5 minutes

1.  2 Eggs
2. 3 Crab sticks 
3. 1 Tbsp. Sliced cucumber (small pieces)
4. 3-5 Lettuce leaves
5. 2 cups Water
6. 1/4  Japanese dressing salad
1. Put eggs into a mixing bowl.  Mix well, then filter 1 time by a sieve.
2. Boil water in the microwave (bubbles). Using high heat for 3-4 minutes (800-1000 W), then slowly pour the egg in boiling water (do not stir).  Wait for the egg cook, bring up and set aside to cool. Arrange in iceberg lettuce. Sprinkle with crab stick and Japanese cucumber. Dressing and topped with Japanese dressing salad.
