For 1-2 person
Duration : 5 minutes

1. 2 Eggs
2. Tomatoes (cut 4 pieces)
3. Japanese cucumber Japan (cut 6 pieces)
4. 3-5 Lettuce leaves
5. 2 cups Water
6. 2 Tbsp. Vinegar 
7.  1/4 cup of Japanese sesame oil
8. 2 pieces of Bread or Croissants
1. Put eggs into a mixing bowl. Pierce egg yolk with a skewer. Set aside.
2. Mix water with vinegar. Heat water to boiling in a microwave for 3-4 minutes at high temperature (800-1000 W). Then put in hot water (do not stirring). Put in the microwave for 2 minutes with medium heat (400-600 W). Set aside to cool for a while. Eat together with vegetables such as Japanese cucumber, tomato and lettuce. Topped with Japanese dressing sauce.

Ingredient of Egg Benedict (Kai Benedict)

1. 2 Eggs
