Spicy Seaweed Korean Style(Yum Sa Rai Korea) - We bring seaweed to cook with Kochu Jang sauce in Korean style. It can be a delicious side dish which can go very well with barbecue.

Spicy Seaweed Korean Style(Yum Sa Rai Korea) - We bring seaweed to cook with Kochu Jang sauce in Korean style. It can be a delicious side dish which can go very well with barbecue.
For 1 person
Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 100 grams Fresh seaweed
2. 20 grams Cucumber 
3. 20 grams Chopped Carrot
4. 5 grams of Red goat pepper
5. 1 1/2 tbsp. Kochu Jang
6. 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
7. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
8. 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
9. 1 Tsp. Roasted sesame rice
10. 1 Tbsp. Chili powder
11. 1 Tbsp. Garlic (grated)
1. Make the sauce by mixing Kochu Jang, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, white sesame, chili powder and grated garlic. Stir well and set aside.
2. Boil water and blanch seaweed for 1 minute. Then put in cold water right away. Cut into pieces.
3. Mix seaweed, carrot, cucumber and goat pepper in spicy dressing salad in step 1 and stir to combine. Ready to serve.

Ingredient of Spicy Seaweed Korean Style(Yum Sa Rai Korea)
