Cooking time : 20 minutes

1. 200 grams Chicken breast
2. 1 Tbsp. Garlic (grated) 
3. 1/2 Tbsp. Ginger(grated)
4. 1 Tbsp. Sake
5. 3 Tbsp. Corn flour
6. 1 Tsp. Black pepper
7. 1 Tsp. Salt
8. 1 Tsp. Sugar 
9. 1 Tbsp. Honey 
10. I held San pepper 1 1/2 of the table. 
11. Oil (for frying)
12. Fried sliced garlic (For garnish)
13. Chili (for garnish)

1. Wash the chicken thoroughly. Then cut long piece and marinate with grated ginger, grated garlic, Sake, salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat the oil. Coat chicken with corn flour. Then fry until golden crisp and set aside.
3. Mix sugar with honey and Kochu Jang in a pan. Simmer until sticky. Add chicken to mix thoroughly and serve on plate. Sprinkle with chili, fried garlic. Ready to serve.
