Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 3/4 cup Vinegar
2. 1/2 cup Sugar
3. 2 Tsp. Grounded salt
4. 1/4 cup Olive oil 
5. 2 Tsp. Mustard
6. 1 Tbsp. Shallot (finely chopped)
7. 1 Tbsp. Chili (finely chopped)
1. Boil vinegar, sugar and salt together until boiling, turn off the gas and set aside to cool.
2. Bring the mixture in step 1 mix together with the remaining ingredients. Stir well with a whisk.
