Lemongrass Pork Salad (Salad Mu Ta Krai)

Lemongrass Pork Salad (Salad Mu Ta Krai) - Because I like to eat this menu at Vietnam restaurant, so today I adapt into my style which you can make this dish easier. Just mix everything like we make salad instead separate the pork, vegetable and sauce. Let’s try this delicious Thai style pork salad.

How to Cook

For 1-2 person
Cooking time: 20 minutes (not including marinated pork)

1. 3/4 cup of Vinegar
2. 1/2 cup of Sugar
3. 2 Tsp. Ground salt
4. Garlic, goat pepper (pound finely)
5. 2 grams Sliced pork
6. 1 Tbsp. Thai garlic
7. 1/2 Tsp. Ground pepper
8. 1 Coriander root
9. 2 Tbsp. Lemongrass finely sliced 2 tbsp.
10. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
11. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
12. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
13. Lettuce, Cos, sweet basil, cucumber, coriander, mint, carrot, cherry tomatoes, shallot, and parsley

1. Boil vinegar with sugar and salt until boiling. Turn off gas and set aside to cool.
2. Mix the mixture in step1 in goat pepper and garlic.
3. Marinate pork with sugar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, coriander root, garlic, lemon grass and pepper more than half an hour.
4. Roast the pork until done.
5. Serve with vegetable and salad dressing.
