For 2-3 person
Duration : 30 minutes

1.  3/4 cup Tamarind juice
2. 1/2 cup Palm sugar
3. 2 Tbsp. Sauce
4. Roasted rice
5. Minced pork 
6. 1/3 cup Sliced straw mushrooms 
7. 1/3 cup Sliced Dry mushrooms
8. 1/3 cup Sliced ear mushrooms 
9. 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
10. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
11. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
12. 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
13. Diced shallot, chili, lemon (with skin), fried peanut
14. Lettuce, Cos, mango leaves (for wrapping) 
15. Sweet basil, cucumber, coriander, parsley (optional)

1. Make the sauce by boil vinegar, sugar and fish sauce together. Turn off the gas and set aside to cool.
2. Sprinkle roasted rice in the sauce before serving.
3. Miang - Add oil into the pan. Then fry chopped garlic.
4. Fry pork and season with fish sauce, sugar, mushrooms. Fry until cook and dry.
5. Serve with all side dishes, sauce and vegetable.
