For 15 pieces
Cooking time:  2 hours and 30 minutes

1. 190 grams Salted butter 
2. 90 grams Brown sugar
3. 1 Egg
4. 50 grams Honey
5. 330 grams All purpose flour 
6. 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
7. 2 Tsp. Ginger powder
8. 1/2 Tsp. Clove powder

Royal icing

1. 115 grams Icing sugar
2. 1 White Eggs
3. 1/2 Tsp. Cream of tartar 
4. Food coloring
5. Crystallized sugar
1. Heated oven at 175 degrees Celsius.
2. Start making cookie. Mix salted butter with brown sugar until well combined.
3. Mix egg together until well combined. Then add honey.
4. Put all purpose flour, cinnamon powder, ginger powder and clove powder.
5. Knead until smooth and combine. Then wrap with plastic wrap and stay in the refrigerator for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
6. Roll the dough with rolling pin. Cut with cookie cutter.
7. Put the cookies on the buttered tray.
8. Bake 10-18 minutes depending on the size of cookie.
9. Make royal icing by put all the ingredients, including icing sugar, white egg and cream of tartar. Mix white egg until fluffy and put the remaining ingredients down.
10. Stay cookie on a wire rack to cool. Decorate with royal Icing, food coloring and sugar.
