1. 1 piece of Dory fish
2. 3-4 pieces of Asparagus
3. 4-5 Black olives
4. Thyme
5. 1/2 cup Cream
6. 1 Tsp. Old bay
7. 2 Tbsp. Onion (chopped)
8. 1 Tbsp. Parsley (chopped)
9. 1 Tbsp. Butter
10. 1 cup Tomato ( chopped)

1. Heat the pan. Season fish with salt, pepper and old bay. Grill with olive oil until golden brown on both sides together with asparagus. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Add onion in the same pan and fry until soft. Then add chopped tomato, and stir to combine. Season with salt, pepper. Put cream, simmer, then add butter and add black olive.
3. Add fish into the dishes with grilled asparagus. Dress Provence sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley and black olives. Decorate in your style. Ready to serve.

Tips

Don’t put the cream when using high heat.
