1. 1 cup Ready to cook Risotto
2. 2 Eggs
3. Chicken stock
4. 1/4 cup of Cream
5. 1 Tbsp. Butter
6. Parmesan cheese
7. 1 can Spicy surf clam
8. Grilled tomato
9. Dill

1. Beat 1 egg with 1 egg yolk together. Then spread in a hot pan that you rub with the oil inside for making the egg sheet. Set aside. 
2. Add risotto with chicken stock. Heat to boil. Then add cream, cheese and butter at last. Season with salt, pepper and keep stirring.
3. Add clam at last. Then put in egg shell and wrap beautifully. Arrange into the dish. Decorate with tomato, dill and whatever you like. Ready to eat.
