1. 1 cup Ready to cook Risotto
2. Dried Mix Wild Mushroom
3. 1/4 cup of Water from soaking Grilled Wild Mushroom 
4. 1/4 cup of Cream
5. Parmesan cheese
6. Chicken stock
7. Anchovy
8. Asparagus
9. 1 Tbsp. Butter

1. Fry grilled wild mushroom in hot olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and set aside.  
2. In the same pan that you fry mushroom – Add risotto with chicken stock just a little. Heat until the rice absorb the water inside. Then pour the water from soaking wild mushroom, cream and cheese down. Continue stirring. 
3. Seasoning with salt and pepper. Put butter at last.
4. Serve on plate. Decorate with wild mushroom, grilled asparagus and anchovy.
