For 1 person
Cooking time : 50 minutes 

Sushi
1. 1 measuring cup of Japanese rice
2. 1 measuring cup of Water
3. 2 Tbsp. Mirin  
4. 2 Tbsp. Sugar
5. 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
6. Grounded salt

Sushi blender
1. 3-4 Tbsp. Shrimp eggs 
2. A small piece of Seaweed 

Fried chicken
1. 300 grams Chicken meat
2. 1 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce
3. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce 
4. 3 Tbsp. Chopped carrot 
5. 1 Egg 
6. Palm oil

Side Dishes 
1. 4 fresh Strawberries
2. 1/2 measuring cup of natural yoghurt

1. Rinse Japanese rice 2 times with clean water. Add in rice cooker. Fill water and soak rice approximately 15-30 minutes (or 15 minutes more if you use much proportions). And wait until cook.
2. Prepare seasoned rice-water by add Mirin. Heat and then add sugar, vinegar, grounded salt. Wait until dissolve and set aside to cool. When cooked, mix seasoned rice water with the rice by wooden spoon. and set aside to cool.
3. Mix shrimp egg with rice and put in a sushi mold. Wrap with seaweed and put in a container.
4. Beat with the egg until well combined.  
5. Mix smashed chicken together with chopped carrot. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce until everything mixed well together. Then mold into balls. Mix with egg thoroughly.  Then fry over medium-high heat. Drain oil and decorate like a chick. 
6. Dessert (Strawberry yoghurt) - Start from strawberry, slice into small pieces and mix with yoghurt.
7. When everything done, put in a bento box and decorate.
