2. 1 Tsp. Sugar 
3. 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
4. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
5. 3 Tbsp. Lime
6. 1 Tbsp. Chilli (finely chopped)
7. 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic 
8. 5 Large Cloves Garlic

1. Prepare a steaming pot and boiling water. Steam for 20 minutes.
2. Chop garlic into glasses and set aside.
3. Pour soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, lemon juice, minced garlic, chili in a mixing bowl and stir well until sugar dissolved.
4.  Arrange fish on a plate. Dressing with ingredients that already mixed and sprinkle with garlic. Ready to serve.
