1. 2 Squids

1. 2 Tbsp. Dashi powder

3. 2 1/2 Tbsp. Sake
4. 2 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
5. 2-3 pieces Ginger
6. 2 cups Water

1. Rinse Japanese rice thoroughly and soak in water for about 1-2 hours.
2. Peel off the skin of fresh squid and gut. Then clean thoroughly.

4. Put all ingredients into the pot. Then heat to boiling. Add squid to boil over medium heat for about 45-60 minutes.
