How to Cook

For 1-2 person

1. Preserved egg
2. Pork chops
3. Garlic
4. Red hot pepper
5. Basil leaves
6. Soy sauce
7. Oyster sauce
8. Black soy sauce
9. Crispy flour

1. Cut half preserved egg or cut into four part. Coated with crispy flour and fry until golden brown. Use high heat and fry basil leave. Set aside.
2. Set the pan over medium heat. Add the oil just a little. Add pounded garlic-chili and fry over medium heat, follow with pork. Turn to high heat. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, black soy sauce and stir quickly to combine. The pork will split the water out. Then pour the water just a little. Add basil and preserved egg to mix well together. When the water dry out, add basil leave and ready to serve.
