For 1-2 Person

1. 1/2 Roast duck
2. 5-7 Lychee
3. 1 cup Coconut milk
4. 2 Kaffir lime leaves 
5. 5-7 Large dried chilies
6. 2 Lemongrass (chopped)
7. 2 Tbsp. Ginger (chopped)
8. 3 Shallots (chopped)
9. 3 cloves Thai garlic
10. 1/2 Tsp. Coriander seeds
11. 1/2 Tsp. Roasted fennel
12. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
13.  1 1/2 Tbsp. Palm sugar
1. Pound Panang curry follow by step 5-11 until finely and set aside.
2. Set the pan over medium heat, simmer until the coconut milk until float up during boiling. Then add curry paste. Season with fish sauce, palm sugar, lychee (cut into pieces) and stir to combine. Taste salty, sweet and mellow. Add kaffir lime leaves (tear). Then low the heat down. Heat duck in the pan and serve on plate.  Sprinkle Kaffir lime leaves and decorate with chopped goat pepper.
