2. 2-3 Tbsp. Palm Sugar
3. 3 Tbsp. Chopped Lemongrass
4. 1-2 roots Black spring onion root
5. 1/3 cup of Water

1. Fry Kao-Mao over high heat until cook thoroughly. Put not much amount for each time and bring up quickly, unless it will burn. Then drain dry and set aside.
