9. 1 Tbsp. of chopped lesser ginger
10. 2 cups of diluted coconut milk
11. 4 cups of fish sauce
12. 2 Tbsp. of palm sugar
13. 2 Tbsp. of tamarind juice

1. Smash 3-9 ingredients and boil calla leaves with saline. After that leave them cool.
