For 1-2 persons
Cooking time :  180 minutes

1. 2 pieces of Chicken hip
2. 1 curcuma
3. 10 garlics
4. 3-5 coriander roots
5. 1 Tsp. of pepper
6. 4 Tbsp. of sauce
7. 1 Tsp. of sugar (optional)
8. 1 Tsp. of black soy sauce (optional)

1.Smash coriander root , garlic , pepper and curcuma and preserved chicken with them for 2-3 hours.
2. After that roast chicken with medium heat until done. Serve with sticky rice and vegetables for full flavor.

Tips

This method is original one that I got from Thai restaurant. You can add more herb for this menu too such as sugar , soy sauce , milk or any herbs.
