1. Heat water and boiled pork + 3 Tbsp. salt. Boiled for1 hour. (pork skin on the bottom)
2. Use fork stabbing over pork skin. Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
3. Cut pork skin lengthwise into 1 inch strips.
4. Heat the oil then fry pork skin. Use spatula ladle oil pour on pork skin until it expand. Fry about 20 minutes. (pork meat on the bottom) Set aside to drain oil.
