Fried Puff with Pork Filling (Pan Sib Tod) - Pan Sib Thod or Pan Klib Thod (Fried Puff with Pork Filling) is a Thai delicious appetizer for a long time ago. With full flavor of filling and crispy puff which is the unique of ‘Pan Sib’. Serve together with afternoon tea can go very well together.

For : 60 pieces

Flour Mixture
1. 3 1/2 cups All purpose flour
2. 110 grams Margarine
3. 1Eggs (No.2)
4. 1/2 cup Water (pour out 1-2 Tbsp.)

Filling
1. 1 cup Ground pork 
2. 1 1/2 cup Sweet radish
3. 1 Cup ground peanut
4. 1 1/2 cup Shallot
5. 1 Tbsp. Coriander root 
6. 3 Cloves garlic (peeled)
7. 2 Tsp. Ground black pepper 
8. 1 cup Palm sugar 
9. 2 Tsp. Ground salt 
10. 1/3 cup of Sugar
11. 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil 
1. Put flour and make a hole in a mixing bowl.  Put egg down, follow with margarine. Mix the ingredient until well combined. Gradually add water and knead the dough until smooth. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Roll the dough with a rolling pin into thin sheet. Cover with white cloth and seal the edge tightly. Set aside for 15 minutes.
3.Fry until golden brown and drain oil. Set aside to cool before put in a container.

Method
1. Pound coriander root, garlic, black pepper and set aside.
2. Heat the pan, add vegetable oil, pounded ingredients and ground pork to stir-fry until cook.
3. Put shallots, radish and fry together. Season with palm sugar, sugar, salt. Then add grounded nut and fry until thick.
4. Wrap and set aside to cool before wrap with the dough.
