For 1 person
Cooking time : 15 minutes

1. 80 grams of angel hair
2. Crispy gourami fish
3. 1 pick of Italian parsley
4. 1 daikon radish
5. 1 Tbsp. of chopped onion
6. 2 Tsp. of shoyu
7. 1 Tbsp. of miso
8. 1 Tbsp. of sake
9. 1 Tbsp. of milin sauce
10. 1/2 Tbsp. of butter
1. Warm the pan and pour olive oil into the pan. After that fry onion and put miso into the pan. Pour chicken stock and stir them together.
2. Pour sake and boil them until they have good smell. Pour more chicken stock and put angel hair and knead them in the pan.
3. Add milin sauce for that last and turn the gas off. Stir them together.
4. Decorate the dish and top them with crispy gourami fish. Serve while hot is the best time for this menu.

Tips

Don’t stir them too hard. This will make them be pulpy.
