For 1-2 person
Cooking time: 15 minutes

1. 180 grams Fish
2. 1 Lemon
3. 2-3 Spring onion
4. 2-3 Thyme
5. 2-3 Roselle
6. 4-5 Fresh strawberry
7. 2-3 Dried strawberry
8. 1 Tsp. All spice powder
9. 1 Tbsp. White chocolate
10. 2 Tbsp. White wine
1. Heat the pan. Season fish with roselle, salt, pepper and olive oil. Then grill until get color on both side. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes. And set aside.
2. Sauce - cut dice strawberry and fry with the fish in a pan. Add thyme and all spice. Heat over low heat. Season with salt, pepper and lemon skin.
3. Put strawberry sauce on the dish, follow with roselle and fish. Decorate with spring onion, dried strawberry and chocolate. Sprinkle with lemon skin and ready to serve.
