Prepare 20 minutes , Cook 15 minutes
For 2-3 person

1. 5 lettuce leaves                           
2. 10 dried shells (soaked)
3. 50 grams of crab meat
4. 1 Tbsp. of oyster sauce
5. 2 Tbsp. of Chinese vinegar
6. 1/2 Tsp. of sugar
7. salt
8. 1/4 cup of Hong Kong tapioca flour
9. 1/2 cup of soup
10. 1 Tbsp. of oil

1. Soak shell and dry them out.
2. Prepare lettuce.
3. Warm the pan and pour oil in to the pan. Stir them quickly and leave them.
4. For dressing , use the same pan and put shell in. Seasoning with oyster sauce , salt , sugar , Chinese vinegar and keep stirring them together.
5. Put Hong Kong tapioca flour and soup together. Dress them on the lettuce. Ready to serve.

Tips

1. It might take a time for prepare shell. We should soak them for 2-3 hours and steam for another 1 hour.
2. If you love to use crab , just add them for optional.
