For 2 person

1 200 grams of noodle               
2. 3 mushrooms
3. 120 grams of crab meat
4. 1 egg white
5. 1 Tbsp. of oyster sauce
6. 2 Tbsp. of soy sauce
7 1 Tbsp. of black soy sauce
8. 1/2 Tsp. of sugar
9. Salt
10. 1/2 cup of chicken soup
11. 3 Tbsp. of oil
12. 2 spring onion (sliced)

1.Boil noodle for 3 minutes and soak them with cold water. After that scald them once and pour oil and stir them.
2. Warm the pan and fry spring onion for 30 seconds. Put mushrooms , crab and chicken soup into the pan. Seasoning with oyster sauce , soy sauce , black soy sauce , sugar , tapioca flour and egg white. Fry them together.
3. Put noodle into the pan and keep stirring them for 5 minutes.
4.Add some sesame oil.
5.Serve with crab meat.

Tips

1 You can find E-Fu noodle at China Town.
2.You have to boil noodle before scald them.
3. Also can use Ramen noodle for this menu.
