3. 1 1/2 Ttbsp. Salted Black Beans

6.1/2 cup Chinese Cabbage
7. 1/2 cup Chopped ginger
8. 1 Red goat pepper (chopped)
9. 1 Tsp. Grounded pepper

1. Rinse the fish, remove gut and rinse again. Cut the fish on both side. Place the fish on cabbage. Use the dish for steaming.
