10. 2 Tbsp. Oil
11. 1 Tsp. Sugar

14. 1/2 cup Chopped ginger

1. Rinse and cut the fish 3-4 strips depend on fish size.
2. Cut ham into1 inch square piece, cut bamboo shoot (half round) , and cut mushroom into 1/2 inch.
